Games Management System (GMS)

About GMS

GMS 5 (Games Management System) is a database program designed by Bespoke Software and Special Olympics International to manage and record registration data, games, events, entries, divisioning, scores, and reports of a sport event. Registration is the process of entering athletes, coaches, support staff, etc., into appropriate groups called “Delegations”.

The software is especially useful for the purposes of running meets in individual sports involving timed events as it handles the process of divisioning automatically and without need for manual calculation and provides comprehensive reporting of results for athletes, coaches and spectators.

Divisioning is a Special Olympics process to assign entries into groups pertaining to parameters such as gender, ability, etc.
