About ActiveSOCThe ActiveSOC National Database application was created to track Special Olympics Athlete, Coach and Volunteer Information across Canada.
The development and maintenance of the database is an ongoing process managed by Special Olympics Canada and the Database and Membership Administrator at Special Olympics Ontario.
Community Coordinators and Registrars across the province are trained to be able to access the database to update membership information and provide reports for local Special Olympics sports clubs and activities across Ontario.
Database access is restricted by the provincial office with priviledges limited by club, community or region as necessary. Communities requiring access to the database or database training should contact their District Developer for more information.
Trained users of ActiveSOC can refer to the guides in this section for comprehensive instructions on basic functions such as member and report navigation.
