Travel Due to the launch of the generous new KIA Canada Special Olympics Mobility Program all volunteers that are carpooling to the conference will be provided with a rental vehicle to use to travel to and from the conference. Volunteers are asked to fill out the KIA request form by October 24th. KIA will provide vehicles through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. your District Developer. Accommodations Accommodations are provided for all participants at Camp Muskoka for Friday and Saturday night. We will be staying onsite in the camp's cabins and cottages. For more information on Camp Muskoka's accommodations please visit their website. Meals While onsite at Camp Muskoka on Saturday and Sunday all meals will be provided. Please indicate on your registration form in you have any special dietary needs. Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks (Nut Free) and any beverages they would like for the weekend. There will be no dinner provided on Friday night so participants are asked to either bring their own dinner or eat before they arrive. |
